1st day: Marrakech - Essaouira
Early departure from Marrakech around 8am, direction Essaouira. Stop on the road to see Argan trees and visit a cooperative of Argan oil, basically used in cooking and cosmetics. You can also enjoy the goats perched on the trees. Continuation to Essaouira.
Upon arrival, a city tour in the Medina and the magnificent port. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
2nd day: Essaouira - Agadir
After Breakfast, departure to Agadir, throught one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the kingdom. Impressive views and landscapes on the way between the fishing village of Imssouane and the small port of Taghazoute.
We will start our visit to Agadir from the Kasbah Ouffela which offers a panoramic view of the beaches, the Marina and the Agadir cornice. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
3rd Day: Agadir - Tiznit - Kerdous Pass - Tafraout
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to the beautiful city of Tiznit, well known for its silver jewellery and ochre ramparts, which stretch for about 6 km. A short visit of Tiznit, its Mechouar and its silver craft shops then continuation to Kerdous through a pass with the same name. On the way, a very beautiful succession of Berber villages and valleys to Tafraout. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
4th day: Tafraout - Aït Baha - Taroudante
Early departure from Tafraout to Ait Baha through a beautiful mountain road that has preserved its authenticity, stepped Berber villages built in lime and vast forests of argan trees.
In the Ameln Valley, we will visit the Kasbah of Tizourgan in the village of Oumestnat. Arrival in Taroudante or the small Marrakech for a visit of the old Medina and a tour of the city walls. Free time - Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel
5th day: Taroudant - Aoulouz - Taliouine - Tazrenakht - Agdz
On the road that connects Taroudante to Taliouine, there are amazing valleys and vast fields of Argan trees and Almond trees. Arrival in Taliouine, very famous for the production on Safran. Visit of a Saffron Naturel production cooperative and continuation to Tazenakht, a visit of a colored Berber carpet making cooperative and continuation of the trip to Agdz via the Tizi n'Bouchkoum pass. Dinner and overnight at the hotel
6th day: Agdz - Draa Valley - M'Hamid
A short walk in the palm grove of Mezguita and visit the kasbah Tamnougalt before heading back to Tamdakht through the great Draa valley. The region of Zagora and Draa Valley is well known for its magnificent oases, authentic ancient kasbahs and for the production of dates and henna..
After Zagora, we will stop at the pottery town of Tamgroute where we will visit a Koranic library and an underground city. Continuation to M’Hamid el Ghezlane, camel rides in the dunes, then dinner and overnight in bivouac.
7th day: M'Hamid - Agdz - Ouarzazate
When we arrive in Tamgrout, we will visit an underground city renowned for its green pottery crafts, a Koranic library before returning to the Draa Valley via Agdz and continuing towards Ouarzazate through the Tizi Tiniffift Pass. Arriving in Ouarzazate, visit the Taourirt kasbah and a film studio, then dinner and overnight at the hotel.
8th day: Ouarzazate - Aït Benhaddou - Marrakech
After breakfast, we will continue the return trip to Marrakech via the magnificent kasbah Ait ben Haddou where several films have been shot: Jesus of Nazareth, the Mommy, Gladiator, 7 days in Tebet, Alexander the Great, Babel... This magnificent architectural work is classified as a world heritage site. Return to Marrakech via the Tizi n'Tichka pass.
